style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Why should we listen to Jesus Christ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>The scripture tells us that Jesus Christ is the Word which was with God and which was God: <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.&lt;br \/&gt;\n2 The same was in the beginning with God.&lt;br \/&gt;\n3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.&lt;br \/&gt;\n4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.&lt;br \/&gt;\n5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.&lt;br \/&gt;\n6 There was a man sent from God, whose name (was) John.&lt;br \/&gt;\n7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all (men) through him might believe.&lt;br \/&gt;\n8 He was not that Light, but (was sent) to bear witness of that Light.&lt;br \/&gt;\n9 (That) was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.&lt;br \/&gt;\n10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.&lt;br \/&gt;\n11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.&lt;br \/&gt;\n12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, (even) to them that believe on his name:&lt;br \/&gt;\n13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">John 1:1-13<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h5><span
style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Obey our Lord Jesus Christ, hear ye Him!<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>It is no wonder that the scripture also points out to the commandment of God to listen to His Son: <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.&lt;br \/&gt;\n2 The same was in the beginning with God.&lt;br \/&gt;\n3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.&lt;br \/&gt;\n4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.&lt;br \/&gt;\n5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.&lt;br \/&gt;\n6 There was a man sent from God, whose name (was) John.&lt;br \/&gt;\n7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all (men) through him might believe.&lt;br \/&gt;\n8 He was not that Light, but (was sent) to bear witness of that Light.&lt;br \/&gt;\n9 (That) was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.&lt;br \/&gt;\n10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.&lt;br \/&gt;\n11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.&lt;br \/&gt;\n12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, (even) to them that believe on his name:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">John 1:1-13<\/span><\/span>. We notice that the scripture points out to the supremacy which Jesus Christ has in <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">verse 5<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h5><span
style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Why does God use a prophet?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Taking you a step back to the Old Testament <strong>Deuteronomy (18:15-18)<\/strong>,<br
\/>\n<em>Moses also spoke about Jesus Christ saying:<\/em><br
\/>\n<em> The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy bretheren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken; According to all that thou desirest of the Lord thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the Lord my God, neither let me see this great fire no more, that I die not. And the Lord said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken. I will raise them up a Prophet from among their bretheren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require of him.<\/em><\/p>\n<h5><span
style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Are the days of miracles and prophets over?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Also take notice of what Jesus said about John the Baptist <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"6 There was a man sent from God, whose name (was) John.&lt;br \/&gt;\n7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all (men) through him might believe.&lt;br \/&gt;\n8 He was not that Light, but (was sent) to bear witness of that Light.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">John 1:6-8<\/span><\/span>, this together with <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"10 And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come?&lt;br \/&gt;\n11 And Jesus answered and said unto them, &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n12 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n13 Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Matthew 17:10-13<\/span><\/span>. <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"1 And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,&lt;br \/&gt;\n2 And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.&lt;br \/&gt;\n3 And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.&lt;br \/&gt;\n4 Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.&lt;br \/&gt;\n5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.&lt;br \/&gt;\n6 And when the disciples heard (it), they fell on their face, and were sore afraid.&lt;br \/&gt;\n7 And Jesus came and touched them, and said, &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Arise, and be not afraid.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n8 And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.&lt;br \/&gt;\n9 And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying, &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n10 And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come?&lt;br \/&gt;\n11 And Jesus answered and said unto them, &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n12 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. style=\"color: #072adb;\">Matthew 17:1-13<\/span><\/span> refers to the coming of Elias who was actually already raptured in <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, (there appeared) a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.&lt;br \/&gt;\n12 And Elisha saw (it), and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces.&lt;br \/&gt;\n13 He took up also the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and went back, and stood by the bank of Jordan;&lt;br \/&gt;\n14 And he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and smote the waters, and said, Where (is) the LORD God of Elijah? and when he also had smitten the waters, they parted hither and thither: and Elisha went over.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">2 Kings II:11-14<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h5><span
style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Who are Elijah and Elias?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Please do not be confused by the names <strong><em>Elijah<\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em>Elias<\/em><\/strong> because it is the same name with the same meaning, &#8220;my God is Jehovah&#8221; or &#8220;Yah(u) is God&#8221;. Despite the rapture of Elias\/Elijah in <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, (there appeared) a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.&lt;br \/&gt;\n12 And Elisha saw (it), and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. style=\"color: #072adb;\">2 kings II:11-14<\/span><\/span>, the Prophet Malachi clearly states the following in <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"1 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Malachi 4:1<\/span><\/span> and <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:&lt;br \/&gt;\n6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">4:5-6<\/span><\/span>: <em>Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.<\/em><\/p>\n<h5><span
style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>God speaks through His Prophets<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>As we can clearly see in the scripture the children of Israel made clear to Moses that they wanted him to talk to the Lord and bring the Word of the Lord to them: <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"23 And it came to pass, when ye heard the voice out of the midst of the darkness, (for the mountain did burn with fire,) that ye came near unto me, (even) all the heads of your tribes, and your elders;&lt;br \/&gt;\n24 And ye said, Behold, the LORD our God hath shewed us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire: we have seen this day that God doth talk with man, and he liveth.&lt;br \/&gt;\n25 Now therefore why should we die? for this great fire will consume us: if we hear the voice of the LORD our God any more, then we shall die.&lt;br \/&gt;\n26 For who (is there of) all flesh, that hath heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as we (have), and lived?&lt;br \/&gt;\n27 Go thou near, and hear all that the LORD our God shall say: and speak thou unto us all that the LORD our God shall speak unto thee; and we will hear (it), and do (it).&lt;br \/&gt;\n28 And the LORD heard the voice of your words, when ye spake unto me; and the LORD said unto me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people, which they have spoken unto thee: they have well said all that they have spoken.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Deuteronomy 5:23-28<\/span><\/span>, <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Hebrews 1:1<\/span><\/span>.<br
\/>\nAlso look to the &#8216;thus saith the Lord&#8217; what the prophet Amos spoke to Israel in <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"7 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Amos 3:7<\/span><\/span>.<br
\/>\nAre you known with God&#8217;s secrets? If yes then, you have received this revelation through His prophets. If God&#8217;s prophets wouldn&#8217;t exist then God&#8217;s secrets would still be hid. And if God&#8217;s secrets are still hid, they should be made known and then a prophet is needed to make the secrets known.<\/p>\n<h5><span
style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>By grace we received His gospel<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>We as gentiles received grace when Jesus Christ died for our sins, making a way for us to receive this glorious gospel; such as the Apostle Paul states in the scripture: <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"17 And it came to pass, that, when I was come again to Jerusalem, even while I prayed in the temple, I was in a trance;&lt;br \/&gt;\n18 And saw him saying unto me, &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Make haste, and get thee quickly out of Jerusalem: for they will not receive thy testimony concerning me.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n19 And I said, Lord, they know that I imprisoned and beat in every synagogue them that believed on thee:&lt;br \/&gt;\n20 And when the blood of thy martyr Stephen was shed, I also was standing by, and consenting unto his death, and kept the raiment of them that slew him.&lt;br \/&gt;\n21 And he said unto me, &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Depart: for I will send thee far hence unto the Gentiles.&lt;\/span&gt;\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Acts 22:17-21<\/span><\/span>, <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"1 And the apostles and brethren that were in Judaea heard that the Gentiles had also received the word of God.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Acts 11:1<\/span><\/span> and <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n17 Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as (he did) unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God?&lt;br \/&gt;\n18 When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Acts 11:16-18<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h5><span
style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The WORD in action<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>As the Apostle Paul mentioned in <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"4 And my speech and my preaching (was) not with enticing words of man`s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">1 Corinthians 2:4<\/span><\/span>, it is the demonstration of the Word which is evident. Not only in signs and wonders but also in the common things of daily life.<\/p>\n<h5><span
style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>God\u2019s Love for His children<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>God cares about his children which we believe, by grace, we are: <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"13 Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against the LORD thy God, and hast scattered thy ways to the strangers under every green tree, and ye have not obeyed my voice, saith the LORD.&lt;br \/&gt;\n14 Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:&lt;br \/&gt;\n15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Jeremiah 3:13-15<\/span><\/span>.<br
\/>\nAlso take note of <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.&lt;br \/&gt;\n11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;&lt;br \/&gt;\n12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:&lt;br \/&gt;\n13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:&lt;br \/&gt;\n14 That we (henceforth) be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, (and) cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;&lt;br \/&gt;\n15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, (even) Christ:\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Ephesians 4:10-15<\/span><\/span> how His care and love is being manifested and expressed.<\/p>\n<h5><span
style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>No, never alone<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>As we know God would never leave His children and would be with them and comfort them: <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"18 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n19 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n20 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;At that day ye shall know that I (am) in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n21 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.&lt;\/span&gt;\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">John 14:18-21<\/span><\/span>, <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"26 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;But the Comforter, (which is) the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n27 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n28 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come (again) unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.&lt;\/span&gt;\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">John 14:26-28<\/span><\/span> and <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them.&lt;br \/&gt;\n17 And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted.&lt;br \/&gt;\n18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n19 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n20 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, (even) unto the end of the world. Amen.&lt;\/span&gt;\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Matthew 28:16-20<\/span><\/span>. Concerning <strong>Matthew 28<\/strong> please do not be confused for the Apostle Peter was clear about this in the scripture: <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.&lt;br \/&gt;\n39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, (even) as many as the Lord our God shall call.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Acts 2:38-39<\/span><\/span>.<br
\/>\nGod has revealed His thoughts for this age and shared it with believers who believe in Him. He did not keep His thoughts as a mystery: <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"17 And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Genesis 18:17<\/span><\/span>, <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow (was) upon his head, and his face (was) as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:&lt;br \/&gt;\n2 And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and (his) left (foot) on the earth,&lt;br \/&gt;\n3 And cried with a loud voice, as (when) a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.&lt;br \/&gt;\n4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.&lt;br \/&gt;\n5 And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,&lt;br \/&gt;\n6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:\"><span

class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.&lt;br \/&gt;\n8 And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go (and) take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.&lt;br \/&gt;\n9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take (it), and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.&lt;br \/&gt;\n10 And I took the little book out of the angel`s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.&lt;br \/&gt;\n11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.\"><span
