class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"1 And as they spake unto the people, the priests, and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them,&lt;br \/&gt;\n2 Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead.&lt;br \/&gt;\n3 And they laid hands on them, and put them in hold unto the next day: for it was now eventide.&lt;br \/&gt;\n4 Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.&lt;br \/&gt;\n5 And it came to pass on the morrow, that their rulers, and elders, and scribes,&lt;br \/&gt;\n6 And Annas the high priest, and Caiaphas, and John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the kindred of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem.&lt;br \/&gt;\n7 And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this?&lt;br \/&gt;\n8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,&lt;br \/&gt;\n9 If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole;&lt;br \/&gt;\n10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.&lt;br \/&gt;\n11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.&lt;br \/&gt;\n12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.&lt;br \/&gt;\n13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.&lt;br \/&gt;\n14 And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.&lt;br \/&gt;\n15 But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves,&lt;br \/&gt;\n16 Saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it.&lt;br \/&gt;\n17 But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name.&lt;br \/&gt;\n18 And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.&lt;br \/&gt;\n19 But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye.&lt;br \/&gt;\n20 For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Acts 4:1-20<\/span><\/span> carefully, we notice a few this:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>For it is clear that the scripture refers to only \u201cone Name\u201d<\/li>\n<li>For it is clear that this Name the scripture refers to is \u201cJesus Christ\u201d<\/li>\n<li>For it is clearly stated in <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Acts 4:10<\/span><\/span> that the name of Jesus Christ has (also) power to heal<\/li>\n<li>For it is clearly stated in <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Acts 4:12<\/span><\/span> the name of Jesus Christ was given to also save men<\/li>\n<li>For it is clear that in <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Acts 4:11<\/span><\/span> the stone which was set at nought, was the corner stone which refers to Jesus Christ. Please remember <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"24 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:&lt;br \/&gt;\n25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.&lt;br \/&gt;\n26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:&lt;br \/&gt;\n27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.&lt;\/span&gt;\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Matthew 7:24-27<\/span><\/span> to know what happens if you don\u2019t use the Rock as your corner stone \/ foundation and what happens if you use something which isn\u2019t sound such as sand as your foundation. This is the parable Jesus uses to explain what happens if you don\u2019t and if you do obey Him. So concerning this topic of \u201cin the name of\u201d what did Jesus say and would He have you do? Would you found your Christian walk and life on <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"19 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:&lt;br \/&gt;\n20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.&lt;\/span&gt; Amen.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Matthew 28:19-20<\/span><\/span>, would you found it on <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?&lt;br \/&gt;\n38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Acts 2:37-38<\/span><\/span> or both and is it possible to leave either of those scriptures out? Please keep reading and find out.<\/li>\n<li>If you read carefully <span

style=\"color: #072adb;\">Acts 4:14-18<\/span><\/span> clearly show you who tried to deny the name Jesus Christ even though the power and manifestation of it could not be denied. By trying to cover Jesus\u2019 name up, they first have to acknowledge its existence and reality.<\/li>\n<li>Furthermore the scripture clearly shows in <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"6 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.&lt;\/span&gt;\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">John 17:6<\/span><\/span>, <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"11 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.&lt;br \/&gt;\n12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.&lt;\/span&gt;\"><span

class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"26 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.&lt;\/span&gt;\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">John 17:26<\/span><\/span> to whom the name \u201cJesus Christ\u201d was given, to whom it was passed on after that and what the eventual receiver of this name did with it. Be not confused by <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"19 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:&lt;br \/&gt;\n20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.&lt;\/span&gt; Amen.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Matthew 28:19-20<\/span><\/span> because the Apostle Peter explained this in <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?&lt;br \/&gt;\n38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.\"><span

class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Acts 2:38<\/span><\/span> and <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Acts 4:12<\/span><\/span>; <span

class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"19 &lt;span style=&quot;color: #ff0000;&quot;&gt;Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:&lt;br \/&gt;\n20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.&lt;\/span&gt; Amen.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Matthew 28:19-20<\/span><\/span> seemingly implies, the way <span
class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.\"><span

class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.\"><span
style=\"color: #072adb;\">Acts 4:12<\/span><\/span> declare it.<\/li>\n<li>Do you believe in the Holy Ghost? Do you believe the Holy Ghost was also promised to the Apostle Peter in <span

class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.&lt;br \/&gt;\n2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.&lt;br \/&gt;\n3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.&lt;br \/&gt;\n4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.&lt;br \/&gt;\n5 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.\"><span
